Requirement
- Screenreader expertise with JAWS/NVDA
- Working knowledge of user requirements of people with disabilities
- Be able to describe accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them to non subject matter expert engineers. (Bug reporting)
- Some debugging skills, able to convey and explain bug causes and a11y concepts to non a11y subject matter experts using minimal step reproduction cases
- WCAG standards knowledge
- Familiarity with front end technologies
