Duties
- Maintenance of books/accounts for US operations, as per US GAAP reporting for consolidation.
- Overseeing financial analysis, audits, general ledger, AR, AP, and fixed-asset accounting in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizing transactions by preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow and other reports
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
- Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Securing financial information by completing data base backups in coordination with IT support teams
- Maintaining financial security by following internal controls
- Preparing payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Providing information and coordinating with tax consultants for filing tax returns;
- Responsible to lead and complete annual audit through appointed auditor
- Complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

- Accounting, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Researching Results, Confidentiality, US GAAP, working knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
