To perform overall product management documentation for the digital platform portfolio assigned.

The Product Analyst is expected document feature requests, schedule releases and coordinates sprints. You should be able to identify user needs, help the development team understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops and owns the product documentation process for the Technology team.
  • Support product owners in scope and defining backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
  • Support the technology workstream in defining value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
  • Write concrete features to be implemented by the Product team and and prioritize them.
  • Work with the Product Manager to define the scope of work to be done by developers and designers on a weekly basis.
  • Test new products and enhancements before they are available for users.
  • Measure and evaluate how the product is used and if it solves the right problem.
  • Conduct market research supported by ongoing conversations with development professionals to better understand the problems and needs of the domain.
  • Communicate the Product vision to the technical team as well as to other teams within the company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in the development sector: implementing development projects, writing articles on development-related topics or other.
  • Excellent knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, monitoring and managing large, complex programmes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teams in an international, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Separated by geographical locations and working under different time-zones; ability to "think out of the box" and to make innovative proposals and problem solve.
  • Ability to promote best practices, advise on improvements, independently perform research, and apply information from a broad range of sources.
  • Proactive, flexible, resourceful and able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team and to develop and expand international networks; understanding of the Client’ objectives, added value and potential impact for a diversity of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to see the big picture and have an abstract discussion, while also being able to pay attention to details.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and solutions, machine learning and deep learning frameworks, robotics, and frontier digital technologies in health and educational settings.
