Responsibilities
- Coordinating the Infrastructure delivery activities end to end from technical review to transition to service.
- Coordinating the requests for OS customization, SAN/NAS, Firewall requests, Load Balancing Configuration, Web Services and Database and ensure all the information are ready prior to deployment stage.
- Contact Point for technical coordination between the Platform Services, Application Team, ATOS and other technical domain teams.
- Pro-actively tracking project status and follow up with the technical teams involved in the deployment and review with Infra Delivery Managers on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Act as intermediary between the requesters and the technical teams to drive Security Acceptance Test (SAT) and Operation Acceptance Test (OAT).
- Ability to multi-task with multiple parallel projects.
- To ensure inventories are being updated by the technical team properly & timely and validate the record to avoid any discrepancy.
- Communicating and effectively coordinating change management requirements & Service Request Management.
- To take care of the Change Control Review Board (CCRB) for Clients.
- Attend Weekly Change CAB Review calls. To prepare/update change ticket daily.
- Prepare Dashboard Reports using tool such as Tableau, Kanban Board and etc.
