Accountabilities
- Develop a global communication’s strategy for specific projects and in alignment with the business goals to drive effective internal and external communications. Drive collaboration between integrated teams to build and implement specific projects.
- Advise our CEO office and business leadership teams on effective global communications with employees and other critical stakeholders internally and externally
- Manage our design team to effectively drive and deliver imagery for our internal Encora Newsletter
- Lead, coordinate and execute internal communication campaigns across multiple channels to drive employee engagement and alignment around key business priorities
- Lead, coordinate and execute external customer communications, thought leadership, and opportunities to build the Encora brand with our customers.
- Provide customer-facing teams with key messages and support around issues and key business initiatives, in partnership with marketing and commercial excellence.
- Serve on issues management response teams, alongside Government Relations, Corporate Responsibility, and other global functions, to manage Encora’s reputation and license to operate.
- Use global communications common tools, templates, and processes to facilitate integrated communications across Encora.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision.
- Lead a team, strive for excellence through the deployment of clear and aligned goals, whilst coaching and managing team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Possesses excellent writing skills.
- Proven experience building communications strategies that deliver business outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of communications channels and content development for those channels
- Extensive experience with a variety of internal and external communications strategies used within a global, matrixed organization.
Additional Skills
- Marketing communications, PR or branding experience
- Strong business acumen to advise leadership and effectively partner with marketing and sales teams
- Ability to motivate and guide senior leaders through influence
- Ability to translate complicated messaging into easily understood language.
