- Monitor progress rate and constantly identify areas where efficiency can be increased and take actions
- Knowledge about eLearning Design standards
- Create interactive templates used in e-learning courses. i.e. must be familiar with action script.
- Skills to follow set process of a project.
Skill Set
- Sound knowledge of Flash
- Photoshop
- PPT with a specialization in at least one of thesesoftware’s
- Knowledge of 3D software’s will be an added advantage
Educational Qualifications
- GD Art or ATD or BFA or equivalent
