Software Test Automation Engineer Generative AI Costa Rica Rebecca has been part of Encora for 9 years, her professional development has been focused in the automation area, which lead her to be known as an expert in automation platforms mainly with JavaScript and Python. She has been actively involved in different initiatives for the improvement and development of the QA Unit, from participating as a speaker in internal and external tech talks, creating multiple blogs, to participate and lead the creation of several internal trainings related to Cloud Testing and different automation tools such as Cypress and WebdriverIO. Rebecca is passionate about helping others by sharing knowledge.

As a Principal Software Test Automation Engineer, Rebecca is in charge of providing technical expertise in Automation projects, with great experience in the creation of automation solutions from scratch, generating complete architectures, not only with automated tests but also finding ways to automate repetitive manual processes, adding great value to the different teams.
In addition to her passion for automation, Rebecca loves to learn and is always looking to increase her knowledge with new courses and international certifications, such as ISTQB and iSQI.
