Gerardo Chaverri

Mobile Unit Manager Costa Rica Gerardo Chaverri is the Mobile Unit Manager and an engineer with more than 24 years of experience in technology. His expertise goes from full-stack development with Java and Javascript to software architecture and digital transformation. He leads projects with multi-cultural teams including people from Asia, India, and LATAM.
During the last six years, he has been involved with mobile technologies and leading Mobile practices for Encora's Central & South America division, researching trends, defining best practices, and growing the mobile engineering team.
In addition to computer science, Gerardo is passionate about physics, mainly strings and quantum theories.
Gerardo holds a BS in Computer Science from Tecnologico de Costa Rica and a Master’s in Project Management from Universidad de Cooperación Internacional.
