UX Researcher Generative AI Mexico Fermín Chávez is a UX Researcher at Encora. He’s been working in that field for five years, helping uncover users’ needs and turning them into actionable insights. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Bionics Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in Industrial Design from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
Fermín is very interested in Design justice, focusing on the profound impact the products we make have on social dynamics. He transitioned from engineering to design driven by a deep passion for creating equitable spaces. Through his work with people with disabilities, he gained a unique appreciation for the transformative power of technology. Now, he explores the potential of artificial intelligence to disrupt and reimagine social dynamics, all in pursuit of a more inclusive future.
